Fund Raiser Instructions.
Tommy’s PCR would like to offer any
organization the opportunity to raise money for their group. 10% of all
ticket sales generated through the fund raiser will be donated back from
Tommy’s PCR once the total orders reach a minimum of $300 associated
with that organization. This will include all dine-in,
carry-out or delivery orders for the given fund raiser
period. Orders must be indicated for the
fund raiser group
at the time the order is taken.
Basically a group, or organization, which we will call XYZorg, will contact Tommy's to schedule an event. Tommy's and XYZ will decide on a day, weekend, or week to have the fund raiser. It will be Tommy's responsibility to program their POS system to identify all orders associated with XYZ for the given time period .He will also be responsible to train his order-takers how to identify all order types as being for the XYZorg fund raiser. It will be up to XYZ to advertise and promote the event. It is imperative that XYZ informs Fund Raiser customers that they need to identify to the order-taker at Tommy's that they are affiliated with XYZ so that their order can be added in to their organizations total. If they don't, Tommy's has no way of identifying Fund Raiser customers from it's normal Non-Fund Raiser customers. No sales will be included after the close or payment of the ticket or, the close of the fund raiser period. At the end of the event, all the orders indentified as belonging to XYZ will be added and then 10% of that total will be sent to XYZ.
