On-Line Instructions

 

Thank You for using Our On-Line System. Please read the following before continuing.

 

Understand that we will be calling you to

1) Verify the order

2) Give you the final price on the order

3) Possible credit card processing

4) Any special instructions that you might have for us

5) Any problems that we might encounter with your order

 

So please make sure your phone number and address are correct.  

 

I need to familiarize you with some of the On-Line processes.

 

As you select your items, please be PATIENT. If you select an item, and you see the little clock hand, you must wait until it goes away before you can proceed. This is especially true on any of the Pizza menu categories. If you select something that requires the system to give you the options you need, select the first item and wait for the system to give you the second item selections.  

 

Page 1 Processing.

If you are requesting a TAKE OUT, click on TAKE OUT. Ignore the ZIP CODE.

  

If you are requesting a DELIVERY, Please select your ZIP CODE.  

 

The default for delivery is always an hour. The default for pickup is always 35 minutes. Note that these times can change but the online system will provide you with that information. If that is OK with you, hit NEXT. If you want your order for later today, or later this week, then select when you want it. Then hit next. If you try to order before the store is opened, you will get an error message. When the on-line tells you we are still closed, please call the shop and we will try to work out times for your order.  440-327-1212.  

 

If you are requesting a DELIVERY, please note that the DELIVERY Charge calculated on your order is an approximation based on your zip code. At this time, the online system cannot determine exactly what your delivery charge is. Only our POS system has that information. That is why we will call you so you know exactly what your bill is and whether or not you want us to continue. The actual charge is based on the distance from our store to your location. This is not to be considered part of the driver’s Tip compensation. 

 

Menu Processing:

Specialty Pizzas: At this time, you cannot split a Specialty Pizza. Eventually you will be able to, but for now, if you need to split a specialty pizza, pick two smaller whole pizzas.

There is a lot of stuff going on behind the scenes on this menu item. First, pick the type of Specialty Pizza you want. On the next page pick the SIZE of pizza you want. The default on the SIZE is our Half Sheet Pizza. But you can change it to the size you want. Just click on the button next to the Size you need. Be PATIENT. After you pick your pizza size, it should appear near the top of the screen.

 

Other Items:

Most menu sections are very simple. After selecting some of the menu items, it will prompt you for more information about that item. Please see our Substitution Tab on our Web Site for more information if necessary. Note, the on-line ordering system will prompt you for your selections.
